One (1) booth, inclusive of:
• One stand (3m x 3m)
• White Octanorm panels 2.4m high
• Branded sponsor logo signage
• One (1) x 150-watt spotlight per 3m x 3m booth
• One (1) x 4-amp power point per 3m x 3m booth

Two (2) exhibition staff passes, including:
• Welcome Reception tickets
• Refreshment breaks
• Lunches

• Comprehensive Exhibition Manual
• Recognition as an Exhibitor on the partner’s page of the official meeting website, including a hyperlink to the sponsor’s home page.
• 50-word profile in the Symposium App.

$750 incl. GST


The Exhibitor Pass registration entitles the holder to attend the Welcome Reception, daily catering and staff the exhibition booth. The holder of an Exhibitor Registration is not entitled to attend Symposium sessions or social functions held outside the exhibition area.


Exhibitors will receive two (2) free Exhibition Visitor Passes to distribute to Guest Attendees who are not employed by or otherwise affiliated with the exhibitor and who would like to attend the exhibition.

  • The Exhibition Visitor Pass provides Guest Attendees with access to the Exhibition (Stipulated days and timings to be advised by Symposium Managers closer to the Symposium)
  • The Exhibition Visitor Pass does not include catering or session attendance
  • The Exhibition Visitor Pass must be collected from the main registration desk
  • The Exhibition Visitor Pass is strictly for attendees only and cannot be used as a substitute for additional exhibitor passes for booth personnel

Exhibition Application

To secure a Sponsorship package or Exhibition space, please complete the ‘Booking Form’ and a tax invoice will then be forwarded to you for payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit. Sponsorship will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Settlement of all outstanding monies is required no later than 4 months after payment of deposit or 3 months prior to the event, whichever is earlier. If payment is not received within this timeframe Arinex Pty Ltd reserves the right to re-sell your package.
